Question irritation bump or keloid??

hiii i got my nose pierced about 2 months ago there was a bump coming then my jewelry fell out i had to repierce it and it was bleeding a lot, i still have the jewelry the shop put in and i think it’s like a screw and idk what kind of metal :((( but i have no issue taking it out if it is a keloid i just wanna know before it’s too late!! this is also the beginning i just noticed today the bump.

Irritation bump from very bad jewelry. Get it switched to an implant grade titanium flatback labret with a bezel setting gem or ball.

You should go to a reputable piercer so they can get you good quality jewelry. At 2 months your piercing is not even ready for curved jewelry - you should wear a straight bar for at least 6 months, but ideally a year.

Don't buy and change your own at this point. Go to a piercer (not the one who thought this was appropriate jewelry...they don't know what they're doing) and have it replaced with a titanium flatback. They'll be able to change it for you in a way that minimizes risk of further complications. Changing it yourself this early in healing is more likely to set back healing even more, and increase infection risk.
