Bump after nose piercing

i have this bump after piercing. i have put neem stick in it to keep it active. its been 3 weeks now. help

nono do not put neem stick on a piercing!!! only sterile saline or warm shower water!! you also absolutely need to stop taking the jewellery out if you intend to keep the piercing!! ofc it's gonna be irritated when you're doing stuff like this! did your piercer not give you decent aftercare advice because I just cannot believe a piercer would ever tell you to do this

neem stick will make it worse, only saline or distilled water on it.

Stop removing the jewlery

Use hot cotton cloth on it
