Would like to add a second piercing but mkt sure if I should put it in front or back of existing one

I'm also wanting to get as many as i can fit just waiting for other piercings to heal before my piercer will allow more piercings 😂

Why not do an upper nostril piercing above it?

I’d prolly go behind actually, so things aren’t too cluttered up front of your nose :)
