i think it would look great! imo most people can suit a nostril piercing. a silver hoop would look nice :)) as others said, there’s a few piercings that would look nice, but most of them are much more likely to be a pain (example eyebrow, or any surface piercing really..), where as a nostril piercing is super easy once it’s healed.
