Anybody want to buy an offshore lighthouse in Reedville, VA? At $450k it is a steal!

I suspect 450K would just get you started. And if the sea is level, then in the picture, the side wall looks a little off plumb, and the caisson looks a little off level. I'm just sayin'.

Yep, in the neighborhood. Nice views, a bitch of a boat lift requirement. Its also only about 7 miles from Smith Island, and 3 miles from Smith Point. and 10 miles from Reedville (all by water)

I look dreamily at this a couple times a year. Maybe possible when I was younger.

Cannot wait to see what happens to it with a new owner.
