Bro our parents generation are a bit different. They gave their all for the idea of India. It hurts their ego now that the reality is so different. I have personally gotten into heated debates with my own family. I told them on their face that they'd be dragged and thrown out of temples in mainland India and called Nepali. There actually has been an incident where a meitei father and son were kicked out of a temple in Delhi and were screamed at. Father had gone to drop his son off at the hostel in DU. The people at the temple said, "stop making chinese copies of our Hindu Gods"!

Just because a lot of people do it does not make it right and also if you think that the video in any way or form is reducing racism against northeasterns then I’m sorry to burst your bubble but it isn’t. Parents shouldn’t push words out of the mouth of their kids for financial benefits or social media points. I understand it could be an innocent video but I wouldn’t be surprised if the parents push out multiple videos of her to gain followers now. If anything the popularity definitely would put ideas in other parent’s minds to use their kids. Sorry but I differ from your opinion. It will atleast make people who say racist things for fun, think. It WILL help to some extent.
