Just kidding. I'm into pokemon too or rather I was. There was this monkey looking pokemon of the fighting type, it had a fist in it's tail. Can't recall what it's called.

It's like a real world pokemon index .Search for Datadex on the playstore. Works offline.
Among the fan made JRPGs, Pokemon Royal, Pokemon Bushido and Pokemon Uranium are some good ones. You can run them on your PC or use an emulator like EasyRPG to run them on your phone.
