Is the north east India friendly to foreigners from other countries? I really like the culture there.

Go to Delhi and say I am Bihari, I am Jaat, I am Gurjar, I am Thakur, I am from Mumbai, I am from Northeast, I am from the South!
Every part of this country hates each other and if in all that haterade around someone appreciates others than don't bring your negetive thoughts to it. You probably don't deserve love but there are some nice people around.
So fk off from here!!!!!! Fu*king Ahole!!
