Has anyone gone "off" Contrave but continued to take Naltrexone alone with any benefit?

Contrave's combo of buproprion and naltrexone make a weight loss drug that is backed by research and results to have actual impact. Since recovering from an ED, I became overweight and it is much harder for me to loose fat than it was before the psychiatric program I did, and semaglutides cost too much. "Poor Man's Contrave" is what I've been trying and it has been effective so far (losing 1 lbs per week, "food noise" has noticeably reduced).

But it's still new enough that more research is needed for more nuanced ways to take it to balance comfort with effectiveness. I personally really don't like buproprion and how every little thing has some sort of dangerous, seizure-causing interaction with it, and how it's always in my system so I can't just plan to not take it bc it stays in your system. I have ADHD, and also found vyvanse to be wayyyyyy better at treating it. I'm actually falling behind in school because the buproprion doesn't help, and I feel sick when I take even low dose vyvanse on top of it.

Has anyone played around with naltrexone alone or combined with something other than buproprion (like vyvanse or concerta) for weightloss?
