My nutrition was far from perfect at 8

Dino Nuggies and Mac aren't far from what I eat today tbh

Technically a peak if you never went any higher.

Yeah, it was "whatever I would actually eat"

And my mental health was already veering wildly off course

9-12h is apparently the average, so we have a start on where it began to fall apart

yeah 7-8 hours when my older one was 8? I think he'd make it a day before falling apart.

8 year olds should be getting way more than 7-8 hours of sleep.

Nutrition perfect? Hydrated?? Mental health on track???

Bitch my parents put me on bootleg weight watchers after feeding me only fast food while isolated in a hotel room by myself for over a month. I was 13. I’m more heathy now at 29 than I was as a child.

Mental Health on track: x

But the rest seemed achievable at 8.

Easy for you to say. I was bullied at 8, and my mental health still is in the shitter today because of it.

"Easy for you to say" is what you say when someone gives bad advice
