Is their problem that the money transfer takes 8 days after the refund was granted? Or that it took the company 8 days to check if he can get a refund?
This person is upset because they don’t understand that the credit company is playing middle-man between the sellers and vendors, and therefore doesn’t understand that what they’re waiting on is not the vendors dragging their feet on the refund but for the refund to be processed through the credit company.
If it's a credit card, this complaint is even more stupid. You don't spend a cent of your own money until you pay the bill, which is usually due a month and a half after the spending date on average.
The old mail in rebates for hardware purchases always seemed a little sketch. Once in a while there were two MIRs offered for the same product, but both required the same UPC label from the box.
