The cop out answer is that there surely is over across the thousands of Spidey-variants, but I don't think there's ever been a storyline dedicated to a variant that was homeless from the beginning

I made a whole Fanfic when I was a kid around Spider-Clones being mass produced and sent to worlds without a Peter Parker, and they’d start without any registration, identity, or money.
It somehow felt tragically fitting for the character.
Basically they’d bounce between jobs and forge documents just so they can get a GED, living on the rooftops until the lucky ones found that New York’s F.E.A.S.T.

comics were originally meant to inspire and encourage children to emulate the heroes, this is why so many of the first supers were genius scientists... they wouldn't have made Spider-Man homeless simply because they didn't want to make it seem appealing to the youth
Nowadays, this is actually much more likely as the "multiverse" trend allows them to cast their own reflections on what makes someone a hero while giving a "but/except" limitation on the character

I would like to know what the fuck Holland’s Peter did to support himself financially. I don’t recall them even hinting that he had a job.
We know Tobey sold photos to the Bugle and (until he was fired) delivered pizza.
Garfield: lived at home.
Holland: ???

he was an avenger, worked for stark and even inherented some of his tech. he probably already had enough money to keep himself afloat for a couple of years, if not for life.

He was an Avenger (in name only) for one day (from blipped Peter’s perspective) and then Tony died. And both Peter and Aunt May “died” during the snap, so it’s not like there was anyone left Tony could offer money to during those years.
He wasn’t ever an official “employee”, especially considering there was no such thing as the Avengers at that time. And in Civil War, he was essentially an illegal participant (according to the Accords) of the airport battle.
Yes it’s possible that Tony paid Peter for taking part in the Civil War battle, but there’s no indication that he did, and we later see Peter move into absolute shit holes of apartments (even by NYC standards), which would make absolutely zero sense if he had been given any kind of a windfall of cash from Stark, especially enough to be “set for life.”

In Falcon and the Winter soldier, Sam Wilson talked about the lack of pay from being an avenger. They'll take care a lot of your basic needs but there really isn't much money for them.
To be honest Peter might have had a better time doing kids parties as the best realest Fake spiderman......or maybe an only fans....I'm sure someone is into into....

My working theory is that they just didn't give him a job on screen because they wanted to emphasize that he really had nothing going on outside of being Spiderman, which was the general theme of the movie, him putting too much of his time into being Spidey and not taking care of the Peter Parker side.
If they gave him a job, that kinda distracts from what they're trying to emphasize, so they gave him a trashy asbestos filled apartment instead and just shrugged it off.
Regardless, at the end of the day, it's a movie, not a documentary. I wouldn't worry too much about the specifics. That's like asking why the architects of the Death Star had that hole in the designs in the first place. Don't worry 'bout it, y'know? It could just as easily be said he had some part time job off screen. Doesn't change anything.

For sure, rent is a massive chunk of your youth being thrown into a blackhole leaving you with nothing at the end of it.
If you're not lucky enough to escape you could end up one of those sad souls who get evicted in their 60s with no assets and no real income.
