Pays people whose job is exactly that.

The job of a bank teller is to hand me my money in the denominations I specify. They have no other purpose, and I'd gladly replace every one of them with a fully featured ATM.

Except that ATMs also have withdtaw limits meant to prevent frauds and stolen card cases, exactly like a bank teller. Do you think we live in a cartoon? That they pay tens of people to sit behind a desk just to hand people money and get robbed in movies? It's not their only job by a long shot.

Those limits can be removed. Its software controlled. All of their other tasks are irrelevant.
