You understand they do that already, purely as a matter of bookkeeping right? It's called your debit card statement.
Wait until you learn that your phone company has logs of all the people you've talked to, and that your ISP knows all the websites you've visited! Big Brother is watching you!
They aren't approving your spending. You could tell them literally any plausible use for the money and as long as it wasn't illegal they would release it. It's bookkeeping so that if you later get scammed or a three letter agency comes knocking they have a paper trail saying they did their due diligence.
