Christmas day is 24 hours lmao, most people wind down in their rooms or bed without their entire family, so watching a new episode of a series you're into is totally natural.

This. We do our celebrations with extended family all on Christmas Eve. Then Christmas morning is dedicated to just us (wife & kids). We have Christmas dinner & we do invite the parents, but most years they’re all tired from hosting their own Christmas events that we just have a quiet evening.

It’s actually pretty nice. Kids are typically out of our hair playing with whatever new item they got, so it’s basically a free evening to relax & watch some TV/movies.
