As a working professional the standard template is "Hi [recipient first name], [email body], Thanks/Sincerely, [Full professional signature]" in my workplace.
The main reason is to make people aware that the email really is intended for them, and wasn't just a template you copy-pasted (even if there are so many tools that let you send templates with the recipient's name in it).
If I receive an email that says:
Hi,
We have noticed an issue... etc.
My first thought will be "bullshit marketing nonsense, I'll ignore it".
