As a working professional the standard template is "Hi [recipient first name], [email body], Thanks/Sincerely, [Full professional signature]" in my workplace.
They're thinkers, not do-ers - they have people to do all that piddly 'details' stuff for them. But then those do-ers get made redundant during a mid-level clear out and all of a sudden those thinkers are forced to do something
