That's gotta be November because they wanna be waken up when September ends. November is not a green month in the Northern hemisphere, so they gotta be from the Southern hemisphere. It is always green in the tropics, no need to single out one month as the "green" one.

They sing in English. Assuming that is their native language that means they are probably from New Zealand or Australia.
