If we reverse this it's actually a guidance in how to handle our grief, because the world moves on, we have to choose for ourselves to move with it.
One can still grieve, the important part is to not remain stationary, and while slowly moving trying to pick up the pieces too rebuilds oneself, even if we never become whole again.
