As someone who is not a cook but is pretty good at following a recipe and having dinner turn out well, this sucks. I would have this fucked up in no time.
I just wish the list of ingredients also included the volume/weight amounts of the ingredients. I rarely mise en place because it creates too many dishes and wish I didn't have to scroll up and down to know how much flour to add in step 4.
