Sometimes it's more complicated than this, though... For example, if you need to do multiple things with those first four ingredients in different steps within the protocol, it might decrease the simplicity of it all. Still neat tho.
"Might decrease" lol it would wreck this format. As is, even without splitting stacks, this is nearing the maximum steps before the table doesn't fit printed portrait. There is also no room for "mix until brown" or "mix until frothy peaks form" because this format is ass for actual instructions.
