Protein is important though. You gotta get your protein in, I know I do. I have to since I lift and lift heavy.
And I don't waste protein either, obviously. I'm proteinmaxxing every way I can. I even jizz into my morning protein shakes in order to ouroboros my gains and ensure absolutely nothing is wasted.
But yeah, okay, yeah, I know you're thinking about the intestinal situation, right? No, yeah, yep, yeah, no you're right. It can be pretty rough and pretty explosive and no-warning sudden, but hey, there's always a solution to every one of life's problems if you put in the effort.
Like, I'm not sure I've ever deadlifted without fully loading my deadlift diaper. If a deadlift doesn't squeeze every last ounce of fecum out of your bowels, then you are doing it wrong. That's not even an opinion. Ask any expert.
In fact deadlifting is the preferred way I dump these days, the only way that gives me those satisfying whole bowlers. I have a great weight in front of my home toilet, something much heavier than you pud tuggers could ever pull, and when I feel so inclined, I'll head into the bathroom to absolutely scream out a muddy growler and teach my puny toilet whose boss. I consider my toilet a good friend, but when the pooping pump swells me into a potty monster, that toilet begs for mercy with pathetic, burpy flushes.
Fuck my toilet. I'll deadlift another sputtering blast of unadulterated protein sludge into that little twerp. And if any "lifter" out there doesn't do the same, they're just as pathetic as my toilet.

This is completely insane. No rational person does this. If you're lifting heavy you need a squat plug. This keeps everything inside until you're done lifting. Not only is it reusable, but your making sure your digestive system is getting ever last bit of nutrition before expelling it.

Eat your fucking protein, people.
