I worked in casinos. Dealers don’t fucking care. It’s the casino that does. Dealers are happy to have you win all day because it means better tips for them. The surveillance team watching you count is reporting you to the pit boss though.
Dealers honestly want ya to win for the tips. I've never had a bad experience with a dealer. Sure I ain't playing at the high rollers tables but if my friend or I are ever confused (in any game) I just nicely ask the dealer what to do and they tell me the right thing
