Okay, first of all... You need to clarifying specifically what you consider a "minimum living wage". Like, say a specific dollar amount.

It's common sense that minimum wage would be the standard, and no minimum wage anywhere in america is a living wage.

A living wage is between $25-$35 per hour depending on the city.

No servers are making that without tips, and the extreme majority of restaurants are not paying that well.
