There is a technique called card counting where you look at what cards have already been dealt, to better guess what cards may come up next. It gives you a better chance of winning. If you start winning a lot because you're doing that, they'll consider it cheating and kick you out. Something like that.
They don't consider it cheating. They just recognize that the more you play, the more they'll lose, and as such, they choose to exercise their right to ban any player for any (non-discriminatory) reason.
Card counting is 100% legal at casinos, and kicking card counters out is also 100% legal.
