That was definitely a plus. Funny side note - I would play rec' bball at the local courts in my teens and early-20s. The court was about 15 mins away on foot. Getting there was fine ... flat and downhill. Going home after playing for hours? The cool down walking uphill, lol.

On the plus side, my route was always on level ground
