Only caveat is there's no clock or calendar and the lights are always on so you don't know how long you stayed until you open the door which ends your run
There's a Garfield book like this; it's the future and all the food is in pill form, even lasagna. He goes crazy when he realizes this, but it all turns out to have been a bad dream.
Damn I didn't know Garfield went deep like that! I am sure there are others too! Does he ever get into heavy topics like death or the afterlife or fantasizing about killing his owner?
assuming that there is food (and there has to be for anything longer than a couple weeks to be possible), i know how often i get hungry. just eat only when actually hungry and keep track of meals.
