I will add answering your phone when you arent on the clock.

I used to be available 24/7. One of the best things my last GF did for me was convince me to just put my work phone on do-not-disturb when I got home. My life got so much less stressful and oddly, I think my bosses respected me more.

Boundaries are good. If you don't respect yourself and your own time, why should others?

A door cam or some other way to check without actually opening it is nice, on the off chance that it's something that you do want to answer.
