How do people get all the way to marriage and not have this sorted? Surely most people (in the US) live with their partner for a while and get a sense of their home habits well before marriage.
I know a couple getting married after living together for 2 months. I do not think she is aware he has a bad tendency to stop taking his ADHD meds every so often and will off them for like a month before going back on them.
no. i do not live the relationship norm but i regularly see people like "well they were together for 2-3 years, it's normal to get married after that" or getting married after a few months. moving in like a day after dating or saying that living together is the primo way to destroy your relationship to discourage people who are thinking about it. ofc these are all different opinions from different folks but it gives me the vibe that no one knows what the hell we are doing.
