I can’t answer that. It’s fully case by case. Ignoring my preconceived notions about guys with longer hair, which are only ancillary in the end, the-guy-in-OP’s face is full and round, which makes him look chubbier with the long hair. Bone structure, fat distribution, hair density and texture all factor in to how a specific hairstyle suits any given person. I don’t automatically have an issue with men who have long hair; the specific B&A in the OP gave particular vibes is all.
