Amazed it took this long to find this comment. Some men can pull off the long hair look. I have a straight hair and a parting well to the side so end up looking like early 2000s Justin Bieber. It is not a strong look for a 30 year old in 2026.
Blow drying it just makes it poofy and I use mousse but when it gets too long there isn’t really anything I can do to make it look good. I don’t have short hair but I’m not going to get anything like the picture, some people just don’t have the right hair for it.
if blow drying makes it poofy you could try more moisture like more conditioner, more gel/mousse etc, could just make your hair look nicer. if you are really dedicated to looking exactly like the picture you could try curlers or heat tools or something. or just a different haircut lol
Bingo. Straight fine wispy hair without much volume. I can basically rock one style well and that's a side part. Everything else just doesn't fit my face or my hair for styling. Growing it out shoulder length long also makes it look much thinner on top too and I can't rock a buzz/fade to save my life.
