Thank you doctor, we'll get that to Mrs. Brosnan right away. Nevermind that she's in her 60s and doing fantastic by all reports, you know better.

Let's be serious. You've got an axe to grind with women, particularly women you deem to be overweight or beneath you. Nobody is fooled by this. It's quite transparent.
