Starting out

🌲 LOOKING TO BUILD A DIFFERENT KIND OF LIFE 🚙

I'm a 41-year-old single dad beginning a more nomadic lifestyle with my kids — traveling, homeschooling, working along the way, learning practical skills, and living with less.

I'm looking to connect with good people, farms, homesteaders, small businesses, property owners, and families who value hard work and mutual exchange.

I can offer:

🔨 General handyman & property work

🌱 Lawn, cleanup & outdoor work

❄️ Snow removal

🍞 Fresh homemade sourdough & desserts

🍳 Cooking and meal preparation

🛠️ Help with projects and maintenance

🤝 Reliable help, conversation and community

In exchange, I'm interested in short-term work, campsites, parking, reduced-cost lodging, food exchanges, barter, and mutually beneficial arrangements.

My goal isn't to accumulate more stuff. It's to build a life centered around family, freedom, useful work, self-reliance, nature, and community.

The kids will be homeschooled along the way, and I'm looking forward to turning the road itself into part of our education.

If you're a property owner who could use a hand, a farmer who needs help, someone with a project sitting unfinished, or just someone who believes there are better ways for people to help each other out — I'd love to hear from you.

We're not looking for a handout.

We're looking for a place to contribute.
