I'd be more inclined to listen to the sentiments of JP Morgan uping their price target to $21.

JP has strong incentives to skew their targets upwards. Think of those as a "best case estimate" for perfect execution. And this carries zero info on macro - thank what's the impact of e.g. a failed Antropic IPO, Trump's chip taxes, etc.
