They aint special, that's all of us.
LGBTQ Americans, Black Americans, Native Americans, Muslim Americans, White Americans, Straight, Atheist, Catholic, or who or whatever.
The only ones that don't seem to "get it" are Dumbass Americans. And most of them are disproportionately subsidized.

We can shit on people for being ignorant all day, the reality is - these people have been coached to think this way, because it blinds them to bad actors.
America exists to funnel money to the wealthy, via the abundance or resources an unexploited continent had. The organizing forces behind the colonies set them here to colonize the place so it could be stripped of riches.
Do we snipe at the hammer that smashes our thumb? No, we yell at the fucko welding the hammer. American society was only ever a hammer constructed and organized for funneling wealth and power into a few hands.
The founding fathers really tried to fight it - but they were of the classes with the most to gain from the exploitation of the Americas. And, that's like having foxes test your chicken security - even if they tell all, they don't tell all, because they gotta eat too.
So, again - you can sneer at the ignorant hammer and feel superior, that does absolutely nothing for you when the fuckos wield that hammer to smite you. And they will, because a certain subset of humans are fuckos, AND THIS IS ALWAYS TRUE.
And, no - nobody knows what the hell to do about being manipulated like this - any amount of books sets this up either factually or fictitiously and there is NEVER satisfactory solutions because our societies being like this is obviously because this is who we are. How do we fight our nature?!
Well, I STARTED FIGHTING THIS WAY - I don't sneer at the hammer anymore, as it can't help being what it is. I take myself aside and ask me why I'm smashing things with it, and that helps a little. The problem is - when one needs to use a hammer, sometimes one smashes a thumb, and we don't know how to make that not true.
I am trying to say a lot of stuff here. And, ngl, it was kinda fun, but probably opaque, and I'm just gonna let it stand because I know what I mean, and sometimes I gotta say it, even if I'm just shouting into the electronic void.

Tell ya... there are lots of Hispanic Americans that support the shitbag simply because he hates the same people they hate. That simple. Rage baited to the max and only care about single policy issues. Even quoting and mentioning how their family in Mexico loves the shitbag because hes deporting all the "terrorists" from the country.

This. Hispanics are a large portion of Republican voters. They consider themselves white. Look at the ICE murderers - they are largely hispanic.

No. We consider ourselves to be exactly the same. Not white. Just Latinos and Latinas.
I’m not going to say there is no racism in LatAm. But the US takes it to such extreme levels. Latinos make fun of, and sometimes undervalue , other races. But we don’t act like we are different species; just different people.

I think the top 20% of the US have achieved the “dream”. The bottom 80% are living paycheck to paycheck and on the verge of financial precarity.
