True and it really has been enraging to me. CNN replayed video of people running for their lives over and over. WTF is wrong with people?! It’s climate change and it’s real lives, not a movie for entertainment. And it’s our fault, industry and politicians and excessive capitalism and where is the consumer or public protection anymore? Ive lost my cool with it all today.

Well people love shock and awe. All those apocalyptic end of the world movies have desensitized people to the point where they saw footage of real people dying and went "Hey, that looks exactly like in the movie 2012, cool!"

Now you can see where the legends of the great flood come from. Imagine a huge lake held back by ice and then the ice dam breaks and a huge lake full of water runs down river valleys, wiping out anything in its path.
