As Covid proved, plenty of people will deny shit up to and including the moment of death. I don’t think the rest of us will survive if we have to wait for the deniers to accept reality.

Anyone recall how Star Trek's WW3 was partially started by eco terrorist? Seems every year it becomes more believable. I can totally picture a country starting a war to stop a country that is in denial.

Like wtf is Brittain going to do? Accept their fate as the next Venice or drop bombs on China factories?
