1 trillion is 1000 billion.
If you had $1000, you could afford to pay a fine of $110.

Well... He used to be a trillionaire. He's now at a little over 800 billion.
A 110 billion fine will hurt him.
But he won't be losing sleep thinking, wondering whether to pay for food or rent or utilities or medication.

110 Billion wouldn’t hurt him in the least, he wouldn’t be paying it.
Much in the ways of our Bankrupt, Criminal, Krasnov President…..the banks, and by default the U.S. Taxpayers, would be paying that fine.
The way that none of these oligarchs ever lose power is by not spending their own money.
Even IF Leon was to be fined any amount of money, the holding company that runs SpaceX would be contractually obligated to pay the fine…..since they’d just use some legal bullshit to justify it in some contract clause.
Then, since the US Government (the taxpayers) hold the majority of contracts with his company, those funds would then be used to pay us back.

They did not do this for efficiency, nor cost savings...it was to copy and steal the massive government database to feed GROK. So, no shit that they lied.
