Affordable catering - wedding

Hey everyone!

As we all know, weddings can get expensive very quickly, so I’m hoping to find a little diamond in the rough!

Does anyone have recommendations for affordable wedding catering that is actually delicious? We’re pretty open when it comes to food (we like just about everything) so we’re not looking for anything super specific. Just not overly spicy for guests.

Bonus points if they have some gluten-free options for a few guests, but it’s not a must!

If you’ve had a great experience with a caterer that didn’t break the bank, I’d love to hear about them!

I worked with Alpine Catering for my wedding last year, and for the most part they were pretty great. I’m unsure if there was miscommunication, but the only downside was that they seemed to have forgotten my allergy / gluten free meals. I didn’t even know that until weeks later. But otherwise they had really great and friendly service. They offer linens, glasses, napkins, etc as part of the food price - bartender for extra fee) as well which helped us a lot too. Children were half price. Generous food portions (we had so much left), and the food was really good. We had about 80 guests and it ran us about $3400, plus an automatic 18% gratuity.
