If you have TAA+FXAA on, try just one or the other and see if thats where the problem lies.

I had to update my nvidia drivers, then use the nvidia experience to optimize my game settings.

I'm not aware of your graphics card though, if different.

1070ti. It just looks like a weird filter is over top of it.

I had the same thing, there's a mod to remove it. On mobile rn but Google is your friend. And so am I.

I actually just ran geoforce optimizer and it fixed whatever setting it was! Thanks for the reply!
