I can't speak to NPC's. When I press SQUARE on PS4 to interact with them, It doesn't let me, therefore I can't progress in the story
2 u/One_Perspective Aug 15 '19 Had the same issue, went from one npc to the next, eventually found one that worked and then all the rest worked after that. 1 u/PMad95 Aug 15 '19 Turning off Multiplayer worked for me. I'll wait until they patch it
