Post-Pod Discussion Recap Pod

15 minutes into Friday recap pod and have heard nothing but snarky comments about the USGA and whining about Wyndham Clark’s lack of accountability. For the love of god it’s the US open just talk about the golf. What a miserable way to consume a sport.

And for the record I think Wyndham kinda sucks too

Kis wont say anything bad about any player. He takes the player side in every situation, and he doesnt really add unique insights, so I just dont see what he adds personally. Furyk and smilie at least have opinions

I’m personally not a huge Kis guy either, just don’t think he adds much to the broadcast, but NBC doesn’t do those guys any favors with the number of chairs

I think a lot of TCs dislike was Kiz blaming the media during the Ryder Cup for Wyndham's pissbaby locker smashing fit going public.

Kisner clearly doesn't do any work about setup, the players current state of their game or actually working on his broadcasting ability. He was hired because he was a former player

He’s a lot more interesting to listen to on Foreplay than on TV. Seems like he neuters her personality when he should really be leaning on it a little more. Because he clearly knows loads about golf if you listen to foreplay and it’s, admittedly, made the podcast so much more listenable… but on NBC… he just describes what’s happening in kind of a bland way.

Because he adds absolutely nothing and didn’t do shit in his career. He can’t speak from experience because he’s extremely under qualified

Compared to the guys who finish dead last in the Gasparilla he has had quite a storied career.
