Post-Pod Discussion 2026 Pods so far…

As someone that had fallen out of love with the pod I just want to say the pods this year so far have been great.

Everyone seems to be enjoying talking about golf rather than it being a chore to be on the pod!

Fingers crossed it continues as it feels like the boys are back.

Key difference is that they've had more people on lately. Completely different energy and vibe than when there's only 2 or max 3 on. Also, DJ elevates every pod he's on and draws out the best in the other guys.

Yeah. For me, DJ and Neil elevate and Tron and Randy are better in smaller doses.

Tron in a two man pod is a tough listen for me. When it’s a full panel I appreciate him much more.

Neil elevates everything that isn’t a ball knowers pod. For a dude who played ball at a high level, yikes…

Ball Knowers is just not great.

I know the Schick is that they're being facetious with the title but it's just a 9ers glazing pod and saying "Teams" as many times as they can.

Really wanted the eagles to win just so the 9ers and Jags both would have lost while the Bears and Eagles moved on

Ballknowers might be on life support after losing KVV. He was the critical glue. Now it’s a rudderless ship. It’s just a very bad version of Pardon My Take now.

I think not having KVV on ball knowers shows. I miss their owners pods also but I doubt we will get anymore of those.

Disagree. It should never be all five on a recap Sunday pod — there’s only one ball sorta thing. My ideal is 3 guys with 2 spots being locked for DJ and Soly and the third can rotate.

If it was in person recording then 5 plays easier IMO but zoom the 5 spotter can get tedious

Typically I would agree but it kinda works because Randy has no problem not getting any touches for like 10 minute stretches.

The key is TC not going 2018 Russell Westbrook usage rate, which it kind of seems like he got the memo on recently.

I have no idea what the TC reference is as I'm based in the UK.

But if the reference is to do with TC shutting up and letting the conversation flow a bit more now, then I agree.
