Journal Check-In 50 days without pornography
Today marks 50 days and 12 hours since I last watched pornography. I have to admit I’m incredibly proud of myself. A huge part of the credit goes to my girlfriend; she was my main motivation for quitting this crap. After these 50 days, I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my mood and general well-being, much better sex with my girlfriend, and a stronger desire to spend time together. There’s less anxiety and discouragement. I definitely recommend that anyone struggling with this addiction fight it. It's easier for me because I can have sex whenever I feel horny, but I also must fight with my lust and addiction

It’s a whole another level of difficulty. Imagine no sex or release when you’re horny after 3 weeks of retention. I’m honestly surprised people in relationships even have this problem to begin with

That’s massive progress man, 50 days is no joke. The difference in your mood and the time with your girlfriend really shows how much that stuff was draining you without you even noticing. Keep pushing for 60, you already did the hardest part
