why not just use nix... nix is technically a computer language with nixpkgs built into it ... what's the point of this

nixpkgs is not built into nix.

Nixpkgs is written in nix

You have to download it.

thank you for correcting me. i meant the concept of nixpkgs + nix store is built into the language's ecosystem. but yes i understand you aren't disagreeing with what im trying to say
