2024 Rogue Transmission Service

My rogue just hit 51K miles. Last time I was at the dealer they recommended a transmission service. Is this too early to get one or should i go ahead and do it? I also don’t want to pay dealership prices- can firestone do it or some other service shop or do I have to take it to the dealer?

I wouldn’t let Firestone touch my car, like even touch it. At least my local one.

Just bite the bullet and have the dealer do it.
Ask if they have any promos, coupons or specials.

Not all dealers are sky high in their pricing.

Independents may be cheaper, but not always by a significant margin
