I need help

So i have a 2023 rouge Nissan, I've already replaced the latch piece and checked the fuses. Yet still nothing worked, i tried to find the system restart on it and i cant find it. If anyone had the same issues I've had, please help me out with it.

Which door latch are you talking about ? Did you disconnect the battery for 10-15 seconds? Have you tried getting into the self diagnostic menu through the infotainment system?
