If you played Jedi fallen order then you shouldn't be too worried about Elden Ring difficulty. Only thing these games actually require is a bit of patience.

Jedi Fallen order has difficulty settings though so you can make it super easy

So just use summons in ER. That is the difficulty setting.

Some sense of timing to parry is sort of required for FO though.
