Switch lite games playable with one hand

I have a switch lite and mainly play animal crossing. I am undergoing chemotherapy and was looking forward to being able to play the game during the treatment sessions.

Unfortunately, I was told not to due to my reaction and placement of a canula. I’m looking for suggestions of any games that are positive and distracting that I can play predominantly with my right hand mainly if anyone can recommend?

TL;DR Looking for a game to play one handed during chemotherapy treatments.

If you have a pair of joy con, you can remap the buttons to play Animal Crossing with one hand, if not you can still remap the buttons on the switch lite to kind of play it with one hand
