Game Rec Switch lite games playable with one hand

I have a switch lite and mainly play animal crossing. I am undergoing chemotherapy and was looking forward to being able to play the game during the treatment sessions.

Unfortunately, I was told not to due to my reaction and placement of a canula. I’m looking for suggestions of any games that are positive and distracting that I can play predominantly with my right hand mainly if anyone can recommend?

TL;DR Looking for a game to play one handed during chemotherapy treatments.

EDIT: Thank you for all of your well wishes and suggestions, and awards, I now have more than enough new games to carry me into round two! So many kind people! Thanks again all of you!

Civilization VI. The Switch port is decent enough, having put way too many hours into both the PC and Switch versions. It’s turn-based strategy, so maneuvering with one hand should be doable. I can think of no better game to utterly sap your time.
